Cone-type Slurry Balance Mtbm

NPD series of slurry microtunnel boring machine are are capable of handling pipe size (I.D.) from 800mm to 4000mm for the condition of high underground water pressure and various of soil strata. Excavate through boulder, soft rock, medium hard rock, and hard rock layers. By changing its cutter disk, the machine can also be applied to the pipe jacking in the ordinary soil, hand soil, and cobble gravel layers.

The slurry system maintains the stability, enabling effective control soil settlement. It can also perform continuous unearthed action and the speed of push forward is fast without ground collapses.

Slurry microtunnel boring machine has two types according to the different design: Disc-type and cone-type. Each type can be manufactured in different size and configuration.

Slurry shield pipe jacking machine is capable of running for single long shaft length (up to 200m) without intermediate jacking station.
