This is a  high performance rubber fenders, which have high Energy Absorption,while keeping Reaction Force to a minimum.

It have a cylindrical elastomeric section with steel mounting plates permanently bonded at each end. Under axial loading, the cylindrical section buckles radially. This controlled, multi-directional dispersion of energy combines the high absorption efficiency of the buckling column with a stable geometric shape.


Feature:

1. Compare with general cell rubber fender, its rated compression raised 5%, the reaction force is basically the same, while the energy absorption nearly rase 17%.The value of unit reaction force/energy absorption (E/R-H) nearly rise 15.

2. With front panel in the margin of fender.It can lower the pressure of the side board of the ship, the pressure can be controlled at below 200KN/m², it specially apply for the berthing of large model ship.

3. UHMW-PE is set in the front of panel, it can reduce the friction factor between ship and fender,and lower the shear power while the ship berthing,and raise the life of fender using.

4. The super cell fenders have more reasonable structure, high performance and good durability.

5. Higher Energy Absorption with lower Reaction Force.

6. Excellent performance at large berthing angles

7. Low friction UHMW pads on frontal frame uniform deformation under shear load extends life.
